I work in Outdoor Product Design and Development, creating and researching products built to endure—both functionally and emotionally. My approach centers on timeless aesthetics, purposeful innovation, and meaningful user connection, with the goal of reducing premature product obsolescence and encouraging mindful consumption.

My experience spans product development, consumer insights, sustainability, marketing, and brand strategy, integrating multiple disciplines informed by research in circular design, consumer behavior, and design strategy. I apply this perspective across outdoor products, graphic systems, and brand identities, developing solutions that perform at the highest level while minimizing environmental impact.

I believe thoughtful, well-executed work—whether through design, research, or strategy—can push boundaries, enhance user experiences, and foster sustainable growth for brands, while leaving a lasting positive impact on both people and the planet.

About, Bailee Wenstrom

Born and raised in Northern California, I’ve always been drawn to the outdoors and have been an athlete my entire life. As an ultra runner, I find joy in pushing myself both physically and mentally, believing that true growth comes from embracing discomfort. Whether in the studio or on the trails, I’m always seeking to push my limits. My love for the outdoors fuels my adventures, where I find inspiration and balance in nature.
