Enduro Pant

Fall 2025

For a design thinking class, we were assigned a demographic and tasked with designing an organizational product with technology integration and storage features. The project focuses on outdoor professionals and remote fieldworkers, whose work demands gear that supports productivity, comfort, and safety in challenging environments. Current workwear often falls short, especially for those transitioning between fieldwork and mobile workspaces.

The Enduro Pant redesign addresses this gap by reimagining work pants as a portable, functional system emphasizing organization, mobility, and durability. Research into user demographics, job site conditions, and material performance highlighted pain points such as limited pocket accessibility, discomfort during movement, and poor performance in extreme weather.

The redesigned pants integrate modular storage, reinforced materials, and sustainable construction, aiming to enhance ergonomic comfort, storage efficiency, and product lifespan. The ultimate goal is a pant that withstands harsh conditions while improving user efficiency and comfort, allowing workers to manage tools, devices, and essentials with ease.
